Return Policy
Due to the nature of research-use peptides — strict cold-chain requirements, single-use sterile packaging, and in-vitro-only handling — all sales are final. This page explains why, and the very narrow circumstances under which we will issue a replacement.
TL;DR — No returns. No refunds.
Once a research peptide vial leaves our facility, we cannot verify that the cold chain has been continuously maintained, that sterility has been preserved, or that the seal has not been compromised. For these reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any opened, unsealed, or shipped product. The single exception is verified transit damage, which is replaced — not refunded — when reported within the windows below.
Cold-chain integrity
Peptides must remain at 2–8°C in transit and -20°C long-term. Once a package leaves our hands we cannot guarantee continuous temperature control, so we cannot restock returned vials without risking degradation.
Sterility & seal
Vials ship vacuum-sealed and sterile. After transit we cannot re-verify the integrity of the rubber stopper, the absence of contamination, or the absence of moisture ingress. Restocking would compromise the next researcher's results.
Research-use licensing
Our compounds are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research under our end-user research-use agreement. We do not redistribute returned product, and we cannot issue cash refunds on research-only compounds.

Damaged in transit
Report within 48 hours of delivery
If your vial arrives cracked, leaking, or with a broken seal, we will ship a free replacement once you provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Photo evidence must include the box, the insulated liner, the gel pack, and the vial itself.
Warm arrival (cold-chain failure)
Report within 48 hours of delivery
If the gel ice pack is fully melted and the vial is warm to the touch on arrival, document the temperature and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the vial at no charge and file a claim with the carrier.
Wrong product shipped
Report within 7 days, seal intact
If the compound, mass, or lot number on your vial does not match your order, we will ship the correct product. The original vial must be unopened and the seal intact — we cannot restock an opened vial.
Lost in transit
After carrier confirmation
If the carrier marks your package lost, we will ship a replacement once the loss is confirmed by the carrier's tracking system (typically 5–10 business days after the expected delivery date).
What we cannot honor
These requests will be politely declined
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Returns on opened, unsealed, or temperature-compromised vials.
- Cash refunds to original payment method on any shipped order.
- Returns of refrigerated or reconstituted product under any circumstance.
- Returns on subscription orders once the renewal cycle has shipped.
- Price adjustments after the order has been placed.
- Cancellations after the order has been fulfilled (packed and labeled).
- Compensation for research outcomes, regardless of compound performance.
How to file a replacement claim
Three steps, all done by email

Document everything within the reporting window
Take clear, well-lit photographs of: (1) the outer shipping box, (2) the insulated liner, (3) the gel ice pack (showing melt state), (4) the vial itself (showing damage or seal), and (5) the packing slip. Note the time of opening and a brief description of the issue.

Email support with your order number
Send the photos and a short description to support@peptidelogix.com from the email used at checkout. Include your order number and the compound name. Do not discard the damaged vial until we confirm the claim.

Receive a free replacement
Approved claims are shipped as a priority replacement at no charge. We do not issue cash refunds or credit back to the original payment method. Replacements typically ship within 2–3 business days of claim approval.
Subscriptions
Weekly and monthly recurring orders
Pause or cancel anytime before the renewal ships. You can pause or cancel a weekly or monthly subscription from your account page. Once a renewal cycle has shipped, the standard no-return policy applies.
Subscription pricing is locked at signup. We do not retroactively refund price differences, and we cannot offer a refund on a renewal that has already been charged and shipped.
Skipped months do not extend your commitment. Pausing a subscription simply delays the next charge — it does not carry forward unused credits.
Chargebacks & research-use agreement
By placing an order, you affirm that the products are for in-vitro laboratory research only and that you have read and accepted our mandatory research-use agreement at checkout. Filing a chargeback in violation of this agreement — after receiving an unbroken, temperature-compliant shipment — is a violation of the agreement you digitally accepted. We will dispute chargebacks with full photographic and carrier documentation.

Email support@peptidelogix.com with your order number. Replacement claims are reviewed within one business day. This policy may be updated periodically; the version posted on this page is the version in force at the time of your order.
