Lyophilized (unmixed powder)
A freeze-dried peptide is the most stable form you will handle. With moisture and light kept out, most sequences remain within spec for extended periods.
- Refrigerated at 2–8°C (36–46°F): commonly cited as stable for 12–24 months
- Frozen at −20°C or below: long-term archival storage, often 24+ months
- Room temperature in transit: short excursions of days are generally tolerated
- Keep the vial sealed and in its box — light and humidity are the real enemies
